Resources
Sample sources, review examples, and practical details for evaluating your firm’s workflow.
These are the exact folders and filenames inside the sample ZIP’s final-package folder. The ZIP also contains a preview index and reading instructions outside that folder. Your own export reflects its available sources and saved naming settings.
What the case export contains
The Case Export Package creates a folder in your connected drive with 12 PDF reports: summaries, chronology, issues, communications, document and version indexes, an evidence binder and a verification certificate. The actual report folders are shown alongside.
Report detail depends on the records available. Available source files are copied from your connected drives. If a source cannot be retrieved, a missing-file notice is included.
Case Export Package: Share the completed cloud folder with recipient permissions, or download the whole folder and send a copy. Recipients open the PDFs and included source files in their usual software without an account on this service. Archive the entire folder and any separately held originals. Certificate verification links need the online service; this format does not include the snapshot’s offline checker.
Indexed Evidence Snapshot: Download and share the ZIP, extract it, then open index.html in a browser. Full evidence includes originals; Analysis only requires separate access to originals. Keep the folder structure intact so local source links work.
For offline snapshot verification, obtain the independent checker and matching signing public key through a trusted channel. Run the checker with Node.js 22 or newer to compare packaged file hashes and check the manifest signature. Archive the ZIP, extracted folder, checker, key and results before the displayed download retention expires; save the checker, key and results outside the extracted package. Offline checks do not provide current key-revocation status.
The sample uses the paid package’s PDF templates and default folder rules: 12 reports and 50 fictional source files, including synthetic photos. The ZIP lets you inspect the folder delivered to your connected drive.
For an additional fingerprint-checking exercise, download the Indexed Evidence Snapshot sample. This separate archive includes an index, hash manifest and checker. Ultra includes five snapshot generations per case; Case Export Packages have their own allowance.
Extract the ZIP and open index.html. See START-HERE.txt for Node.js checker commands and a change-a-copy exercise. The checker compares file bytes and the manifest signature.
Download the standalone checker and demonstration public key separately. This key is for the example only. For live exports, obtain the issuer’s key independently and keep it with your archival records.
The included pilot-worksheet.csv lets your team record preparation, processing, review and correction time.
Record Completeness Review
DocuProof can flag missing, unlinked, or inconsistent material in the available record for your lawyer’s review: referenced files not received, incomplete communication threads, conflicting dates, and unsupported statements. Findings point back to sources; counsel decides what to do next.
Review extracted text and stored metadata.
Examine the source passage behind a finding. A date difference may have a straightforward explanation; a referenced document may simply be outside the selected files.
Confirm the context, request missing material and correct the record before relying on an output.
The agreement states “Scheduled start: 15 June 2026.” The client’s written account says “Work began on 12 June 2026.” Check whether this refers to early access, preparatory work or a change to the agreed start date.

Select a case, ask a focused question and generate a structured response from the evidence available in that matter. Move from a broad record to a useful starting point for legal analysis.
Chart every documented monetary amount by category. Cite the source for each value and avoid double counting.
No firm-wide migration is required. You can connect OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, or Dropbox where supported. Originals remain in your provider account. Connected features can create processing copies, extracted text, and verification records in DocuProof.
No. Your firm decides what clients should preserve, assesses relevance, gives legal advice, and selects evidence. DocuProof organizes the available record and can surface questions for counsel to review.
Verification checks whether a later file matches its recorded digital fingerprint. Available trusted timestamps date the verification record. They do not prove truth, admissibility, original creation date, or a complete chain of custody before intake.
The client follows the firm’s instructions and adds selected workplace emails, messages, documents, photos, notes, and available context while those records remain accessible. The firm reviews the resulting record.
There is no required rollout afterward. Your firm reviews the workflow and resulting record, then decides whether and how to use and price the service for future suitable matters.

When AI features are used, relevant content is sent to AI providers and may be processed outside the application’s hosting country.
