Beta Features are provided for testing, evaluation, and feedback purposes only and may contain bugs, errors, defects, security vulnerabilities, interruptions, or other issues.

DocuProof may add, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any Beta Feature at any time, with or without notice, and without any liability to you.

(c) Beta Features may be subject to additional usage limits, feature restrictions, or eligibility requirements;

(d) Beta Features may generate incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or unintended outputs, including where AI or automated systems are involved;

(e) Beta Features should not be relied upon for mission-critical, time-sensitive, regulated, legal, compliance, evidentiary, insurance, forensic, or production use unless DocuProof expressly states otherwise in writing; and

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beta Features are provided “as is,” “as available,” and with all faults, and DocuProof disclaims all representations, warranties, conditions, and guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, security, or performance.

Without limiting the foregoing, DocuProof does not warrant that any Beta Feature will:

(a) become generally available;

(b) continue to be offered for any period of time;

(c) preserve or maintain any data submitted through the Beta Feature;

(d) be compatible with current or future versions of the Services; or

(e) meet any regulatory, evidentiary, legal, or operational requirement.

You use Beta Features entirely at your own risk.

DocuProof will have no liability arising out of or related to Beta Features, including any loss of data, corruption, unavailability, security issue, workflow failure, inaccurate output, interrupted business process, or other damage or loss arising from or related to your access to or use of Beta Features, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

DocuProof may require you to provide feedback regarding Beta Features. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any feedback you provide regarding Beta Features will be treated as Feedback under these Terms, and DocuProof may use, modify, and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation.

DocuProof may monitor your use of Beta Features and use related information, inputs, logs, and feedback to develop, improve, support, and evaluate Beta Features and related products, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

Any obligations by DocuProof regarding service levels, support commitments, uptime commitments, security commitments beyond those expressly stated, data retention, or backup and recovery do not apply to Beta Features unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
